At Mind Plus Terms and Conditions:
At Mind Plus membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of At Mind Group of Hotels and Residences.  At Mind Group and its partner have the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the programs, rules, regulations, rewards and rewards types at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points or the ability to obtain certain rewards.  At Mind Group and its partners may, among other things: 1) increase or decrease the number of points received for a stay or required for a reward; 2)withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward; 3) add blackout dates, limit rooms available for any reward at any participating hotels or otherwise restrict the continued availability of rewards;  4) change program benefits, its partners, locations served by At Mind Group or its partners, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting points, or rules governing the use of rewards; 5) change or cancel its partners’ rewards.  The accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, rewards or program benefits.  In accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or reward type.  Complete terms and conditions are available online at
www.atmindgroup.com.  Employees of At Mind Group of Hotels and Residences and their subsidiaries are ineligible to participate in At Mind Plus.

The information you provide to us when completing the application at each participating hotel or online and redeeming points is processed in our computer system in Thailand.  We will only disclose member information to all At Mind Group’s participating hotels on a need-to-know basis, person(s) authorized by you, At Mind Group’s subsidiaries, marketing team, administrative team that process all communication for such entities, to: 1) best service your account and preferences by keeping you informed of your account status, points, and activities 2) access your entitlement to benefits; 3) collect and process charges incurred by you in At Mind Group’s facilities; 4) offer you additional products and services; 5) send periodic satisfaction or market research surveys and 6) offer you products or services from select reputable companies with whom At Mind Group of Hotels and Residences has a strategic relationship that will be best interest to you.  We realize the sensitivity that exists around the use of email addresses.  We do not provide your email address to third parties for their use.  In addition, we provide you the opportunity to opt out of promotional emails from At Mind Group on any message that we send.  To ensure that your information is always accurate, please notify our guest service in writing to review, correct or change any information.  If you have any questions or suggestions, please send an email to atmindplus@atmindgroup.com



Room Upgrades: Room upgrades are based on room availability at check-in and limited to a Member’s personal guest room.  Upgrades may include rooms with desirable views, rooms on high floors, corner rooms and rooms with special amenities.  All upgrades are granted on a space-available basis, as determined at the time of check-in.  Upgrades are subject to availability and identified by each hotel management team.


Complimentary WiFi: throughout the hotel at all participating hotels.


Bonus Points/Special Offers: Bonus points or special offers might be the same or vary at each participating hotels.  Benefits may also be the same or vary as well depending on the seasonality and availability that best suits with guests’ need.


At Mind Business is designed to reward the corporate as an entity with the direct bill system (company pays) set up with participating hotels. The corporate can enjoy the same points collection and rewards redemption with the same terms and conditions applied for the At Mind Elite except for cashback benefits.
